Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 27, 2026
Last updated: July 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Crush It Media Group LLC, doing business as Live Lead Extractor ("Live Lead Extractor," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit https://www.liveleadextractor.com, create an account, or use our services (the "Services"). It also describes your privacy rights and how to exercise them.
We handle personal information in two roles: as a business, about our own customers and visitors; and as a data provider, about the business contacts our customers search for. Section 1(e) and Section 9 explain the second role and how a business contact can have their information removed.
By using the Site or Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information we collect
a. Information you give us. When you create an account, subscribe, invite a team member, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, password, the email addresses of team members you invite, a starting address you enter for route planning, and the messages you send us.
b. Payment information. When you pay, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment-card details. We do not store full card numbers. We receive limited information such as your subscription and billing status and a customer reference needed to record the transaction.
c. Consent and opt-in records. When you subscribe, we record your express consent to automatic renewal — including the plan and price shown, the date and time, and technical details such as your IP address and browser/device information — to document your consent.
d. Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our providers collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, using the cookies and local storage described in our Cookie Policy.
e. Business-contact information we compile. A core function of the Services is compiling business lead information. For the businesses our customers search, we assemble information from public sources — including public search-engine and mapping results and the businesses' own public websites — such as a business name, address, phone number, website, ratings, publicly listed email addresses and social profiles, and, where a website publishes them, the name and job title of an owner or staff member. We may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to match a public email to the correct public name and role. We collect this from public and third-party sources — not from the individual directly — to provide a business-to-business contact tool to our customers.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, health information, or biometric data, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information. Please do not include such information in messages you send us.
Are you a business contact who wants to be removed? Use our removal form — no account needed, no reason required, and it takes effect immediately. We delete what we hold and add the business to a permanent do-not-collect list, so it is not picked up again by a future search. You can also email privacy@liveleadextractor.com. This applies regardless of where you live. For the full explanation of what we collect and where it comes from, see the Notice to Businesses in Our Data.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site and Services, and authenticate you (via Supabase);
- Run searches, return and store leads, and power the CRM, routing, export, and AI-drafting features;
- Process subscriptions, credits, renewals, and refunds (via Stripe), and prevent fraud and abuse;
- Send transactional messages (receipts, security notices, and pre-renewal reminders for annual plans);
- Operate our affiliate/referral program;
- Maintain security, debug, and protect our rights; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers / processors who perform functions on our behalf, under contract and only as needed: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel and Render (hosting), Stripe (payments and affiliate payouts), Bright Data (business-listing data), our website-crawler infrastructure, Anthropic (Claude) (AI organization of public contact data and site translation), Resend (transactional email), Mapbox and OpenStreetMap (maps and geocoding), Google (optional sign-in), and — only if you connect them yourself — HubSpot, Zapier, Make, and the AI provider you choose under "bring your own key" (OpenAI, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, xAI, or Mistral). The always-current list, with each provider's purpose and location, is published at Subprocessors.
- The leads you generate are delivered to you, the customer who ran the search, for your own business use, governed by our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) and as needed for audits and security.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Live Lead Extractor, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use a small, functional set of cookies and local storage for essential functionality and preferences — for example, to keep you signed in and to remember a referral code. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. For details and choices, see our Cookie Policy.
5. Marketing communications
Email. We comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. We send transactional and account messages you can't opt out of while you have an account (such as receipts and security notices). If we send marketing email, every message identifies us, includes our mailing address, and offers a working unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly. We do not operate an SMS/text-message marketing program and do not send marketing texts.
6. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit, and hosted authentication. Payment-card data is handled by Stripe under its own PCI-compliant security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. Consent and billing records are retained to document transactions and compliance. Verified removal requests for business-contact data are honored as described in Section 9.
Specific periods. Business-contact records returned by a search are kept for 12 months from the date of that search and are then deleted, unless the account holder explicitly saved the lead — saved leads are kept while that account remains open. Removal requests take effect immediately and are permanent regardless of these periods. Records we are required to keep as evidence of a transaction — your consent to automatic renewal, and affiliate commission history — are retained after an account is deleted but are stripped of the identifiers linking them to you.
8. Children's privacy
The Site and Services are for business use by adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (or under 13 within the meaning of the federal COPPA rule). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@liveleadextractor.com and we will delete it.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. As a matter of policy, we extend the core rights below to all U.S. residents, regardless of state, and we honor verified business-contact removal requests from anyone:
- Know / access the personal information we hold about you and how we use and share it;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- Portability — receive a copy in a portable format;
- Opt out of any "sale," "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and certain profiling (as noted, we do not do these);
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use such data for these purposes); and
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
How to exercise your rights. Email privacy@liveleadextractor.com, or write to us at the address in Section 13, with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your request — usually by confirming information we already have on file or control of the email address or business-contact detail at issue — before acting. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows; we may require proof of authorization. We respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable as permitted), and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Do Not Sell or Share / Targeted Advertising. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use advertising trackers. Where a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) applies, we honor it; because we do not sell or share as defined by law, there is no such activity to opt out of.
Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing privacy@liveleadextractor.com with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.
State-specific disclosures
California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have the rights listed above. In the preceding 12 months we may have collected the categories described in Section 1 — identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet/usage activity, and, for business contacts, professional information — for the business purposes in Section 2, sourced and disclosed as described in Sections 1 and 3. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly do either for consumers under 16.
Florida (Florida Digital Bill of Rights). Florida residents have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of the sale of personal data and targeted advertising, where applicable. You may also contact the Florida Attorney General's office with concerns.
Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws: residents have rights to access, correct (where provided), delete, obtain a copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling, and may appeal a refused request as described above.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to or integrate third-party websites and services with their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for those practices; please review their policies.
11. U.S.-based processing
We operate in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S. under this policy and U.S. law.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated policy.
