Terms of Service

The agreement that governs your account, subscription, credits, and how you may use the leads and tools.

What personal data we collect — from you and about the businesses you search — how we use it, and your privacy rights.

The small set of cookies and local storage we use to sign you in and credit referrals. No advertising trackers.

The rules for using the service and, importantly, for using the leads lawfully — including email and calling law.

How subscriptions bill and renew, our 30-day money-back guarantee, and how to cancel or request a refund.

The terms for our referral program: commissions, attribution, payouts, and advertising-disclosure rules.

Honest limits on data accuracy and outcomes — and your responsibility as the sender of your own outreach.

For business owners who appear in our data: what we hold, where it came from, and how to be removed permanently.

Every third-party company that processes data on our behalf, what each one does, and where it operates.

How to report copyright infringement and our designated agent for notices.

Our commitment to WCAG 2.1 AA and how to tell us about an accessibility barrier.
