Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026

Last updated: July 27, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes conduct and content that are prohibited when you use https://www.liveleadextractor.com, our application, and our services (the "Services"), operated by Crush It Media Group LLC, doing business as Live Lead Extractor. This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. Because Live Lead Extractor produces contact data you will act on, it also sets the rules for using that data lawfully. Violating this AUP may result in removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of fees, and referral to law enforcement.

1. General conduct

You agree not to use the Site or Services to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Infringe intellectual-property rights or misappropriate trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material you do not have rights to use;
  • Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • Transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or scan our systems, or interfere with or disrupt the Services;
  • Scrape, harvest, frame, or copy the Site, the Services, or their data without our written permission, or use them to build or feed a competing product or dataset;
  • Circumvent security, rate limits, credit metering, quotas, or access controls; or
  • Use bots, scripts, or throwaway accounts to abuse free tiers or evade limits.

2. You are responsible for your outreach

Live Lead Extractor gives you contact information; what you do with it is your responsibility. When you email, call, text, or otherwise contact a lead, you are the sender and the party responsible for complying with every law that applies to that outreach. Providing a phone number or email address is not advice that contacting it is lawful in your situation, and a business's publicly listed number or email is not consent to be contacted.

3. Communications and anti-spam

If you use leads or contact information obtained through the Services, you must comply with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act (email), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and FCC rules (calls and texts), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing and call-recording/consent laws, and applicable CTIA messaging guidelines. Among other things, you must:

  • for email, use accurate header and subject information, identify advertising where required, include a valid physical postal address, and provide and honor a working opt-out promptly;
  • for calls and texts, check numbers against the National Do-Not-Call Registry and any applicable internal or state lists, obtain any consent the law requires before using autodialers or prerecorded or automated messages, honor STOP and do-not-call requests, and respect calling-time and identification rules; and
  • not send unlawful, unsolicited, deceptive, or harassing communications.

Where the Services are available. Live Lead Extractor currently covers the United States, Canada, and other markets outside Europe. Searches for locations in the EU, EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland are not available and will be declined at no charge. Do not attempt to work around this.

Outreach law outside the United States. If you contact a business outside the US, the law of that country applies to you as the sender, and it is frequently stricter than US law. In much of Europe, emailing a named individual at a company requires their prior consent, while a generic company address such as info@ is treated differently; some countries permit business outreach on an opt-out basis instead. Rules also differ for sole traders and partnerships, who are often protected as individuals. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply where your recipient is, for identifying yourself accurately, and for honoring any objection immediately and permanently. We provide the source and collection date for each lead so you can meet your own disclosure obligations.

4. Privacy and data handling

Handle the personal information in leads responsibly and lawfully. Honor removal and opt-out requests you receive, keep the data secure, don't retain it longer than you need it, and don't use it for any purpose the law prohibits. If you deliver leads to your own clients, you are responsible for their downstream use and should bind them to equivalent rules.

5. Prohibited content and uses

You may not use the leads or Services to:

  • send spam, or run false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent campaigns, or make claims you cannot honor or substantiate;
  • promote illegal goods or services, or content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, harassing, or that incites violence;
  • target, stalk, or harm any person or business, or violate any person's privacy or publicity rights;
  • facilitate scams, phishing, malware, or identity theft; or
  • resell or redistribute raw access to the Services (as opposed to leads you generate).

6. Account use

Keep your credentials and API keys secure, use the Services only for your own account and campaigns, and do not access or attempt to access other customers' data. You may not share your account except through our team-seat feature, or resell access.

One business, one account. You may not open or operate multiple accounts to obtain allowances, pricing, or geographic coverage that your plan does not include, or to work around a plan limit. If your business genuinely needs several separate workspaces, contact us — team seats or a plan that fits are almost always cheaper than running duplicates.

7. Fair use of plan allowances

Plans are priced for normal business use, and the vast majority of customers will never come near the limits in this section.

Some searches cost us far more to run than others. A search across a wide area — a whole state or country — sweeps that entire area whether or not many matching businesses exist there, so a broad search in a thin category can consume many times the resources of an ordinary one while returning comparatively few leads. Your plan's monthly lead allowance is not a guarantee that any combination of searches producing that many leads is available at any cost.

Accordingly:

  • We may contact you to discuss usage that is materially disproportionate to your plan, and suggest a plan that fits you better;
  • We may apply reasonable limits to an account's search volume, search area, or rate where usage is disproportionate, would degrade the Services for other customers, or would cause us to incur costs materially exceeding the fees paid on that account;
  • We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any such limit, except where immediate action is needed to protect the Services or prevent runaway third-party costs; and
  • We do not apply these limits to penalize ordinary use, and we will not use them as a substitute for a plan upgrade you have not agreed to.

Operating multiple accounts to obtain allowances, pricing, or geographic coverage that your plan does not include is not fair use, and is addressed in Section 6.

8. Reporting violations and enforcement

To report content or conduct that violates this AUP, email support@liveleadextractor.com. For copyright complaints specifically, see our DMCA & Copyright Policy. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor use of the Services, and we may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice. Serious or repeated violations, and any use that creates legal risk for us or others, may result in immediate termination without refund.
